Bookings
• All group bookings of 2 rooms or more must be paid in full at time of booking.
• All bookings for special event, long weekends and public holidays must be paid in full at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
•If guest cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date, 100% refund to guest.
•If guest cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 14 days of the arrival date, Villa •Provence to receive 50% of the booking total, if total of accommodation is not relet.
•If guest cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date, no refund applies to client .
